The place was extremely clean, with a very helpful and attentive staff working all shifts, and I was able to book the same family room as advertised online with a sofa and a coffee maker. Place was a dump, thin walls, poor TV, noise, old bath,dirty.

the staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and the rate was very reasonable. I would recommend.

The staff at Wingate By Wyndham Schaumburg is knowledgeable and friendly. the hotel is centrally located near many attractions. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable sofa. the breakfast spread is large and satisfying.

The first guy who checked us in, I wish I could remember his name, he had a nice sports jacket on and a cardinal's hat. He went above and beyond to take care of us, recommended the best food, printed off directions and menus, I would come back again and again just for this guy.

Well all your vending machines but one were gone and it was out of all beverages. There was an older guy at the counter that we talked to about this and he had a real hard time trying to understand that there was no water in the machine to get us a refund. We had to actually leave the hotel and drive a couple miles to find bottled water.

The bed was great. It was extremely comfortable, and it would be the only reason I would return.

The television was beyond horrible.

Had a great time staying here with the friendliest staff around! The room was nicely furnished with a coffee maker and even a jacuzzi 🛁. Plus, the breakfast was pretty tasty.

Rooms were quite large and comfortable. Breakfast was continential+. I even got to breakfast late after it closed but they provided me with whatever I wanted when I asked. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The in-room coffee was better than at most hotels.

A bit difficult to find. The room above mine was very noisy and I was able to hear it. They woke me up a few times during the night and early morning. Vending was poor in that it was only on the main floor, not much choice and as I did not have change or singles I did not purchase as it was too long a walk back to the front desk.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and TV with satellite channels, climate control and an individual safe. Central location, perfect place for discovering Schaumburg.

Our room was modern and updated, available with 2 queen beds, sofa and coffee maker. The property was centrally situated close enough to the Mall and many more places to eat, movies, Medieval Times and the nature reserve...

we enjoyed the variety of foods on the breakfast buffet. Also the complimentary shampoo and conditioner were of excellent quality.

I would have liked a choice of pillows.

This place has peaceful rooms, is located in a convenient area, and is close to all the attractions I visited over the weekend, with clean rooms and a sofa.

I truly enjoyed the way my family room was arranged with a bathroom and a jacuzzi. the location was convenient and quiet, right in front of the Cheesecake Factory. - It was really close to restaurants, general services, a shopping center, and various dining options like Japanese, Chinese.

Consistently courteous team in all shift. The hotel was centrally located close to everything that Schaumburg has to offer. It was also next to Woodfield Mall, good restaurants, the Convention Center, and the tollway, O'Hare airport. Informal bar was nice.
